CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

Thank you for booking with Five Salon. In order to book your appointment, we will need credit card information. This is only used in the event of a last minute cancellation or no call/no shows.

We respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for all changes and cancellations.  Less than 24-hour notice or a no show will result in a 50% charge of service. Credit cards are required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.

This time has been reserved especially for you. Should you be running late or need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Five Salon via call or text (402) 715-5757 as soon as possible and at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Arriving 10 minutes late for any appointment may result in rescheduling the appointment. Repeated or frequent cancellations/late arrivals can result in denial of services. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% the cost of the scheduled service, and you will be notified when the card on file is charged.
