Five Salon Guests

We thank you for your patience as we transfer to and learn a new data and booking software. This change is vital to the growth and success of all of our stylists, our estheticians, and Five Salon and we are so excited for what’s to come!

CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY

This time has been reserved especially for you and this cancellation and late policy which we will be strictly enforced starting immediately. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Five Salon via call or text 402.715.5757 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Thank you for your understanding during these times so we can continue to serve you at Five Salon.

Regulations include:
– New Guests: For all our New Guest we do require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. We do ask for a 24 hour notice prior to cancel or reschedule.

– We kindly ask for notice of appointment reschedule or cancellation at least 24 hours prior to appointment date and time.

– Each last minute reschedule or cancellation will be tracked and will result in 1 warning.

– Arriving 10 minutes late for any appointment may result in rescheduling the appointment. Each “late arrival” will be tracked and will result in 1 warning.

– Once 3 warnings are given, a credit card will be taken and put on file in a SECURE database only accessible by management at Five Salon. This credit card 50% of the service** for late arrivals and if a last minute cancellation or reschedule is made.
